The Supply team, led by Michel, is currently divided into four units:

- Business Development UK

- Business Development France

- Business Development DAT

- Sales Ops

The team’s mission is to grow our network of freelance professionals across all our service lines, with a strong focus on home cleaning.

Thanks to your contribution, Wecasa will increase its partner network in London. You’ll share Wecasa’s magic with home cleaners coming from a wide variety of professional and personal backgrounds. You’ll contribute to building a professional network based on strong values like trust, kindness, and the willingness to succeed.

Missions

As a Partner Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in Wecasa's expansion by:

• Representing Wecasa in London by meeting professionals.

• Meet in-person leads selected by our supply team to become Wecasa partners.

• Presenting the Wecasa platform, answering questions, and strengthening engagement for long-term partnerships during in-person meetings.

• Convince them of Wecasa’s value proposition compared to competitors (a free-of-charge partnership with real freedom to work).

• Collaborating with the team to implement tailored strategies for the London market.

• Supporting and guiding new partners to ensure their successful integration into the Wecasa network.

Desired Profile

- You like people, and convincing others is important to you.

- You understand that before convincing, you need to listen and communicate sincerely and passionately. You enjoy chatting with people from various backgrounds and are sensitive to the impact your job has on their lives.

- You must be based in London, ideally central London and speak fluent English.

- You have a business background and experience in doing presentations/workshop facilitation and a good understanding of independent workers’ challenges
